List of National Operational Contact Points (NOCP List) from the IMO,
dated 30 September 2009. This replaces the previous version of
Annex 2, and is applicable to ALL SOPEP or SMPEP plans, regardless of who
prepared the plan. In SOPEP or SMPEP plans prepared by O'Brien'sRM,
this document is found behind the Appendix A tab for IMO Contacts.
In addition, for SOPEP or SMPEP plans prepared by
O'Brien'sRM, please follow the links below to the most recent version of
the "Appendix A2 - US Contacts - COTP Zones" section, which is
found behind the Appendix A tab for US Contacts.

If you have an O'Brien'sRM SOPEP, please use 014 Appendix A2
SOPEP. If you have an O'Brien'sRM SMPEP, please use 014 Appendix A2
SMPEP. If O'Brien'sRM has NOT prepared your vessel's SOPEP or
SMPEP, you may disregard these documents.
Please be advised that the new documents DO NOT apply to the
VRP, NTVRP, CAVCP or CANTVCP. The documents ONLY apply to the SOPEP
or SMPEP.
As applicable, kindly arrange for same to be sent to all of
your vessels and amend your office records accordingly.
